These charming, 900-square-feet apartments are designed for individuals and couples age 62 and older with limited income, and feature two bedrooms, front porches, ground level entrances and washer and dryer hookups. All apartments are handicap accessible or adaptable.

Guerin, Inc. shares a management agreement with Providence Self Sufficiency Ministries, Inc. (PSSM). Through the agreement, Guerin, Inc. provides facilities and PSSM provides administration, staffing and programming for the Guerin Woods Campus.
